Pandey in 1978 offering variety of products like Micronutrient fertilizers, Plant Hormones, Growth Promoters, Soil Conditioners, Organic Plant Foods, Neem based and Enzymes Based Products, Biological Products and Bacterial Products for boosting crop yields.

Late Dr. J. R. Pandey, Founder and Ex-Chairman of Jay Dee Bio-Tech Limited firmly believed in this established principle and began his humble beginning in the year 1978 from Delhi as the base location. Over a period of time, the organization grew leaps and bounds in all spheres under the leadership of Mr. J.R. Pandey, Bsc. (Hons) Agri. & A.H. Plus M.Sc. Agri.from Pant Nagar University, globally known from 1968 batch. He was an honorary bio-farming expert on the panel of Doordarshan & Kisan Channel respectively.
The company has its Manufacturing Unit at Alipur, Delhi with state-of- the-art facilities and upgraded technological solutions and Head Office Connaught Place, New Delhi. It has more than 100 employees and over 40 field technologists covering various geographical regions of India namely Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Jharkhand, Himachal and Nepal with an objective to promote organic & Bio-farming amongst farmers’ fraternity. The company has a strong network of 1000 active and dedicated dealers and retailers.
Jay Dee Bio-Tech Limited has its own travel division by name of Corporate Tours & Travels, an IATA accredited agency located in heart of Delhi, Connaught Place involved in all kinds of travel related services. It has a sister concern, JRK Holidays Pvt. Ltd., pioneering in Tour Operations. Corporate Tours & Travels and JRK Holidays Pvt. Ltd. are well-known in the arena of travel space in India offering range of services like Air-Tickets, Train Tickets, Hotel Bookings, Tour Packages, Foreign Exchange and arrangement of Corporate Meetings, Exhibitions, Corporate Events and Conferences.
